Some were asking the meaning behind those phrases in the previous post. What they actually meant is that:
When a person is punching or kicking, he just punches and kicks just like that. But later on, if one realised the mechanics behind a punch and a kick, they are more than just an action.
Therefore a punch is not just a punch and a kick is not just a kick. When one practices and understands how to give a good punch or a good kick, a punch is just a punch and a kick is just a kick. They have become so natural to the person using them.
