It has been a while... sometimes I ponder what is training about after retiring the competition arena... Some said it is for self defense, some said is to keep fit, some said it part of a lifestyle... Well I would like to think it as more to keep fit and it is something enjoyable to do so. After all it is a sport that is pretty interesting. But then again all sports is interesting depending on the beholders.
Again, this sport is something that many may sometimes have the wow factor. I mean in movies there are bound to have actions sometimes and it is these actions that make it exciting even though you may not know how to do it. But it will seems exciting. Taekwondo kicks are in fact the most beautiful kind of kicks in the world but well of course it has incorporated different kinds of other styles in it.
Well anyway, sometime probably training with a purpose will make training more fruitful.
