From the last post, one can see the impressive Taekwondo demo by professional Taekwondo demostrators. There is actually a world competition for such Taekwondo demo instead of just the sparring component. This competition is known as Hanmadang and it comprises of the other aspect of Taekwondo namely, the taekwondo aerobics, breaking, poomsae and self-defense.
