Combination attack technique 3

Usually for training drill it is good to do some set of kicks of three. Doing two kicks could be already tiring, doing three will even be more tiring. Imagine after training of three kicks, combination of two can be easier later. In this attack technique 3 we can look into a set of two turning kicks followed by another one to the head level. This technique involves to have adequate stamina or rather endurance during training.

When training for this technique, shouting out at each kick helps to keep you moving on and fast. Remember all techniques are supposed to be performed fast. The purpose is to kick fast and with strength together with accuracy. Of course, sometimes for sports purposes, kicking with all the strength may not be required as the right technique will give you the sound.

To begin this technique, get ready and alert. Once the whistle sounds, kick out fast two to the middle levels and then the next kick to the head level. Once done, get ready for the next set immediately. In sparring matches, the kick to the head serves as an unexpected move to the opponent. While performing this technique do not hesitate and move on fast but at the same time have to be aware of getting counter. Usually this will mean the opponent could be faster and if this is the case get ready to avoid a head kick as the opponent could be aware of your move and already started to aim for the head while you move.
