Taekwondo academy in the park

For all Taekwondo practitioners and those who are interested in Taekwondo, there will now be a Taekwondo Academy known as World Taekwondo Academy at the Taekwondo Park. Taekwondo Park is a project where its purpose to share with the rest of the world what Taekwondo is about and it is also in a way a tourist attraction. 

Now in Taekwondo Park itself, besides the place for people to train, to have fun, there is like another purpose which is to share its knowledge and have the academy to serve as an international academic center of the WTF for studies, education and research of taekwondo.

This to me seems like another agenda which is to maintain the place as an Olympic official sport. But besides the fact that it is for the sport, the park and academy probably are built to maintain the culture and the art aspect.
