Some techniques when you are tired...

When sparring, one could be pretty tired especially rounds and rounds of exchanging kicks with one another. There is however a few things that one can do. One of them is to execute a punch right at the protector. when executing it one must take note of the following:

1. Punch in at the right distance. Move in to cut the distance if the opponent kicking range is further. Stay where you if opponent is moving in when kicking.

2. Aim straight to the central of the body as by doing so, it make the opponent lose more balance thus need more recovery time and may also cause the opponent to fall.

3. Once there is a distance, take the chance to score or close in to prevent being scored.
