It has been sometime since I have do a post. Well training started to resume again and for those who have not train for a long time. A good stretch and warm up is really necessary. One more important thing to take note never go all out to get strained. Know your limits and increase intensity gradually. Soon after some trainings you be able to get back to almost what you could do previously. Experience said if you just train all out without some control and if an injury occurs, you will not feel good in the next few training sessions. You can only do light kicking and stuff. So do remember get back to your shape gradually.
