Training hard everyone

Getting geared up for the coming competition. Everyone has been training hard the past few weeks and in the process, many continue to train even as we have muscle aches and cramps. The result - most of us got injured. Though continuous training will help. but it is still best to rest when one knows one have to. The indication? When one feels cramped. A 6th dan once said that if you have muscle ache one should not stopped training but train lightly to keep the muscles active and the be stronger. But i think when it is cramped, one should definitely stop. Continuing to train as hard might result in muscle pull which will need perhaps weeks of rest and recovery before continuing to training.
