The earliest days of Taekwondo roots

Interesting video which is about this art known as taek-kyun, an art which Taekwondo was developed from later on. You can see the techniques of kicking, it's flamboyant variety which in certain ways can be seen in Taekwondo. Both show speed and grace but it seems to me that Taekwondo shows more fast actions and speed and its style looks nicer but the other shows more flow and grace in the way how they move around. There seems really strong emphasis on the legs therefore perhaps Taekwondo seems to show the same emphasis.
