The agility in many forms
The agility in many forms. I remember someone said before, if you can pick up basketball easily and play it well, it doesn't mean that you can be good at martial arts. But if you are good at martial arts, one is more certain to pick up basketball more easily. This is attributed to the fact that martial arts helps to shape one's agility and movements sharply to accommodate and react to different situations. Example, footworks in Taekwondo sometimes can be used in a basketball match or soccer match. No kidding. But of course it does not mean that without practice of controlling the ball you can be good at the game still. One still needs practice but perhaps able to grasp the technique better.
