Some good sparring matches here. There was some waiting in the game but players was really crucial in taking the initiative to attack. But once attacked, they were fast and their actions were agile.

Old means weak?

Old does not mean weak. The picture shows a Taekwondo practitioner executing a hand strike breaking a number of planks one shot. It perhaps show that when this practitioner was stronger when he was younger.

Amazing korean Taekwondo highlights to watch



This is an amazing Taekwondo video as the title has suggested. It shows how the koreans are able to kick with so much ease, flexiblity and smoothness. They look like they just kick wherever and however they want to. They can twist and turn so smoothly and their kicks are with great force that one kick can get the opponent down. This is an video really interesting to watch and I really like the flow they can have when they kick.
